1. Service Description

ChattingVoice is a companion tool that reads comments from TikTok Live rooms aloud, helping livestreamers respond to their audience more easily. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of TikTok. This is an independent tool developed by a third party.

2. User Accounts

You must have a valid TikTok account to sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of TikTok's own Terms of Service
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or damage the system (e.g. sending abnormally large numbers of requests / spam)
• Use the system to intercept or access other people's data without authorization
• Impersonate or misrepresent your identity to deceive others

4. Quotas and Usage Limits

The premium voice feature (Google Cloud Text-to-Speech) has a usage quota set per account. We reserve the right to adjust quotas, apply rate limits, or temporarily suspend access if we detect abnormal usage that could harm the system.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy, continuity, or error-free operation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Service.

6. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
