"ChattingVoice" ("we", "the Service") is a tool that reads TikTok Live comments aloud to help livestreamers respond to their audience more easily. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

• TikTok Account Information: When you sign in with TikTok, we receive your display name, profile picture (avatar), and public username from TikTok only. We do not receive your TikTok password, and we cannot access private messages (DMs) or any other account data you have not authorized.
• Live Comments: The system reads comments, likes, and new followers that are public information already visible in the Live room (the same data every viewer sees in the TikTok app). We do not permanently store these comments on our servers; they are used only for real-time text-to-speech conversion.
• Usage Settings: Such as selected voice, speech rate, and feature toggles are stored in your browser's localStorage. These are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• AI Voice Usage Statistics: We track the number of requests made to the Google Cloud Text-to-Speech feature per account (to manage usage quotas), but we do not permanently store the text content that was converted to speech.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

• TikTok Login Kit: for user authentication
• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech: for converting text to speech (optional premium voice feature only). Text sent for processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy

3. Data Retention

We retain account data and usage statistics for as long as you continue using the Service. You may request deletion of your account data at any time via the contact details below.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

5. Data Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all communication between your browser and our servers.
